A faction once destroyed by corruption will be reborn, reclaiming the former glory and prosperity it once had, all shall know the greatness of the Fellowship

The beliefs of the Fellowship are unique among it's individual members. We strive to uphold the trust, honor, and unity that forms the building blocks of our community. We will seek out those with similiar interests to our own, making sure that all individuals are able to complete their goals without doing so at the expense of others.
We will strive at all aspects of Atriarch, we will not be restricted to one area or profession. Whoever you are, and whatever you would like to do in Atriarch, you will have a place within our faction, whether it be business and trade, or exploring and discovering the lands of Atriana. We have a diverse amount of future plans, most of which can't be revealed at this time, and most which will still remain secret after the game is released. We wish to become an empire of Atriana, expanding to all reaches of the globe, having cities, bases, trading posts, and the like at all corners of Atriana. We will attempt to use peaceful means at all times, through peace and diplomacy, making treaties, buying land, trading, etc. We already have many friendly ties with other factions, giving us a head start before testing starts.
The government of our faction will be somewhat of a mix between government styles. I, Synon, will enact as Atrios. A group of leaders will act as the council of the fellowship, most common desicions and coordination will be made within the council and will be passed further down to group leaders. Group leaders and members of the council not be first come first serve as displayed by so many other factions. Instead, it will be a title a member must earn. Leaders will be recognized by their ability to coorinatate the efforts of a group, this is easily done by earning the other members respect, trust, and ability to get things done. It will be common for the members to recommend a council member or group leader. Keep in mind group leaders are not limited to one individual, if two members can work together as leaders then both will be seen as such.
The council will be divided into several sections depending on the goals of the faction, for example a trading, exploring, building, and military section will be likely.
The most basic ideals of the code can be gained through common sense, if this is not something you have, be wary, or we will knock it into you. As such, not everything is included here. The most important aspects are ones you will remember as a member, for it is trust, honor, and unity that we value above all.
Trust within the fellowship should be your highest value. Your word is your life. To break the trust of a fellow member is treason, and will be punished accordingly. This is not a light matter to the FoA, a break in trust may result in being exiled from the faction, or in the worst case indefinate imprisonment.
Honor - To become a member of the FoA is a great honor, you will be expected to uphold that honor, for yourself, and for your faction. Do not mistake honor with having a big ego, for we will not rescue you from a fight you picked out of ignorance. To be unselfish will bring you much respect for our faction, to give back to it's member is a great honor which will not go unnoticed.
Unity - As a member, you are part of our community, our family. Your fellow members are you kin, help them when they are in need and expect nothing back, for chances are they will do the same for you. If your fellow members are in trouble, do everything you can to help them. Greed is the destroyer of unity, but do remember to take care of yourself as well, it is a balance that must be kept. Do not betray the fellowship, if you are caught doing so then do not plan on being around for very long.
